I was a little skeptical and tentative at first due to the price I thought was a little high but after using this thing for a couple days I have been amazed at how much my back and body feels. My aches and pains are definitely less and I've only had to lay on the mat 10 minutes each day. As a person who suffers regularly from back pain I can definitely see the benefits of an acupuncture mat and will continue to use it. With that said I was also love tentative about how rough it feels against your skin it did leave a couple marks on my back but for the pain relief I would honestly take that.

The spikes on the mat and pillow may seem sharp at first but honestly doesn’t hurt. The quality of the material is not cheaply made and is sturdy. It’s pricey but worth every penny.
